Delivery
Delivery dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, traffic, and operational needs.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location. We are not responsible for delays or damage resulting from blocked access, soft ground, hidden underground utilities, or other site conditions beyond our control.
Mulch Products
Mulch is a natural product. Color, texture, particle size, and appearance may vary slightly between loads. While we strive to provide consistent, high-quality products, natural variations should be expected.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
